摘　　要：根据成宁学院图书馆电子资源使用情况的调查数据，并结合相关文献的调研成果，文章分析影响电子资源利用率的因素，评价该馆的服务效率并分析了原因，论述了宣传、用户培训、参考咨询等服务的特点与作用，以及提高服务效率的措施。The paper analyzes the influenc factors for the use of electronic resources from the click rate and the consultation of the database in xianning University library. According to the investigation, the paper evaluates the service efficiency and the it＇s reason. The characters and function of propagandizing, ＂craning ＂the users, offering consult service are explained, and the suggestions to improve the service efficiency are given.
