专科护士出诊护士教育门诊促进糖尿病患者个体化管理

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病专科护士出诊教育门诊对糖尿病患者个体化管理的效果。方法2006年1-12月,开设糖尿病专科护士教育门诊,专科护士对47例患者进行糖尿病专科护理评估,分析患者的个体问题,开展一对一的个体化糖尿病教育,分析教育及管理效果。结果糖尿病专科护士教育门诊个体化教育后患者空腹血糖(均值6.2377mmol/L)明显低于教育前(均值8.1895mmol/L)(P<0.05),患者存在的具体问题得到有效解决。结论专科护士教育门诊对患者的个体化教育能有效地提高糖尿病患者自我管理能力,提高患者的治疗依从性,有效控制空腹血糖,解决个体问题,是糖尿病教育方法中最有针对性、最受患者欢迎的教育方法。Objective To explore effects of specialty nurse education clinic on personalized management of diabetes patients. Methods From Jan. to Dec. 2006, specialty nurse education clinic was established for diabetes patients. Specialty nurses evaluated specialty nursing of 47 diabetes patients, performed one-to-one personalized diabetes education and analyzed effect of education and management. Results After personalized education of specialty nurse education clinic, fast blood glucose （6.237 7 mmol/L） was significantly lower than before （8.189 5 mmol/L）（P〈0.05）. And the existing problems of patients were solved effectively. Conclusion Personalized education of specialty nurse education clinic for diabetes patients, which is the most pertinent and popular education metyod, can enhance self management ability of diabetes patient, improve their compliance rate, control the fast blood glucose effectively and solve individual problem.
