摘  要:为模拟固体润滑滚动轴承在太空中的摆动工作状态,从而有效分析、预测其工作寿命和失效原因,研制了一套滚动轴承摆动工作地面仿真装置。通过对轴承工作时的振动加速度、外圈温度以及电机电流等物理量的跟踪采集及分析,来判断其工作状态。采用参数判断、功率分析和共振解调等算法对振动监测信号进行处理,可以较准确地诊断出轴承的疲劳损伤,有助于对其工作寿命进行有效预测。通过对轴承疲劳损伤时产生的振动信号进行共振解调分析发现,轴承故障信号的特征频率是轴承摆动频率的倍频,使共振解调分析在轴承故障信号处理上的应用得到了有益的补充。In order to simulate the oscillatory functional mode of a new solid-lubricated rolling bearing used in space,a ground emulational machine was developed to forecast the bearing's life and analyze its failure mode.Through real-time records of its vibration acceleration,bearing outer ring's temperature and driving motor's armature current,the bearing's working status was supervised.Algorithms of the vibration signal processing included parameter method,power analysis and demodulated resonance technique.By these signal processing,the fatigue faults of bearing were detected accurately which was helpful for the forecast of the bearing's working life.Through resonance demodulation of broken bearing's vibration signal,characteristic fault frequencies was found to be equal to the multiples of the bearing's oscillatory frequency,which was a new discovery in the application of demodulated resonance technique on oscillatory solid-lubricated rolling bearing's fault diagnosis.
