摘 要:设计了微型无刷直流电动机。电动机转子采用NdFeB稀土永磁材料。为了使电动机具有较小的体积、重量,在利用Ansys软件对电动机的电磁性能进行了分析计算基础上,对电动机的形状、尺寸进行了优化。优化后电动机转子形状不再是圆柱形,定子尺寸也随转子形状的变化进行了缩小,电动机重量减小了16.4%。经过对微型无刷直流电动机电磁关系的推导,得到了优化后的电动机特性曲线。样机试验结果表明,电动机性能与分析结果一致。A brushless DC micro-motor was introduced in this paper.The rare earth material NdFeB was adopted for the rotor.The FEM software-Ansys was applied to analyze the magnetic performance of the micro-motor.To reach small volume and weight,some optimum measures on the shape and sizes of the micro-motor were conducted.The new rotor shape was developed from the original column.The size of stator was decreased to suit the varied rotor shape.The theoretic analysis showed the optimum scheme decreased the weight by 16.4%.The characteristic curves of the micro-motor was conducted from the electromagnetic relation of the burshless DC motor.Experiments verifyed the calculation and analysis.
