摘　　要：目的:探讨从鱼组织、血液样本的采集及提取RNA的方法和其他方法的比较。方法:应用本层析柱方法从金鱼组织所提取RNA和采用异硫氰酸胍-酚-氯仿一步法提取RNA的比较。结果:应用本层析柱方法所提取RNA具有质量高、完整性好的特点。结论:用此法获得的RNA用于RT-PCR取得满意效果,不失为一种可取的RNA提取方法。Objeetive ：To investigate the methods of the collection of samples of fish tissue and blood and the extraction of RNA and compare with the other methods.Methods：To compare the method of the extract of RNA from goldfish using laminar analysis column with that of using one-step guanidinium isothiocyanate-alcohol phenyl-chloroform.Results：The RNA extracted by the method of laminar analysis column had higher quality and showed more integrated.Conclusion：The RNA extracted by this method is used in RT-PCR and the result is satisfing,whieh presents that the method is an acceptable extraction process.
