老年慢性心力衰竭患者利尿治疗时尿液和体重监测的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨监测患者的体重、尿比重、24小时尿量和利尿治疗后心功能变化的相关性。方法:60例老年慢性心力衰竭患者行低盐饮食的同时,予以利尿治疗,每日清晨测体重,留24小时尿量并做尿钠和尿比重测定。结果:利尿治疗前后比较,体重、尿钠显著性下降,而24小时尿量和尿比重则上升。结论:老年慢性心力衰竭患者的尿量监测能动态地反映心功能情况,为利尿剂的使用提供参考,加强尿量监测可以提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者的自护能力。Objective：To guide eider chronic heart failure patients for proper medication monitoring and improve self-nursing ability by monitoring the variation of avoirdupois,urine specific gravity,24-hour emiction amount and heart function variation after diuresis therapy and making relevant analysis. Methods：Besides taking few-salt foods,the 60 eider patients with chronic heart failure also accepted diuresis therapy.The avoirdupois was measured everyday morning,and 24-hour emiction amount was collected to measure natrium and specific gravity. Results：The comparison before and after diuresis therapy showed that the avoirdupois and urinary natrium decreased evidently,while the 24-hour emiction amount and urine specific gravity rose to some extent. Conclusion：Monitoring emiction amount in eider chronic heart failure patients can dynamicly reflect the fluctuation parameter of heart function and provide the reference for use of hydragogue ,so strengthening emiction amount monitoring may help to enhance the self-nursing ability of eider chronic heart fialure patients.
