摘 要:对引种的蛇莓、匍枝毛茛、匍枝委陵菜、甘野菊4种野生地被植物的抗热性进行了研究。结果表明:4种植物的半致死温度分别为53.62℃、45.73℃、57.78℃、59.20℃。通过模拟人工高温环境,测定了植物在高温胁迫下的叶片相对含水量、细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量的变化,经与植物在高温胁迫下的实际表现比较,认为匍枝委陵菜和甘野菊的抗热性最强,其次为蛇莓,而匍枝毛茛的抗热性则最弱。The study of four species of wild groundcover plants was conducted and the heat-resistance ability of them was studied. The results shows the semi-lethal temperature (LT50) of Duchesnea indica, Ranunculus repens, Potentilla flagellaris and Dendranthema lavandulitolium vat. seticuspe was 53.62℃, 45.73℃, 57.78℃ and 59.20℃ respectively. By simulating hightemperature stress, relative water content (SWC), relative electrical conductivity (EC) and proline content were measured. By comparing with the appearance injuring under heat-stress, it is concluded that P. flagellaris and D. lavandulitolium vat. seticuspe have relatively stronger heat-resistance ability, following by D. indica, and R. repents heat-resistance is the weakest among them.
