摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻饲疗法对老年吞咽障碍致吸入性肺炎的影响。方法:选择108例老年吸入性肺炎患者随机分为鼻饲疗法治疗组52例,辅予鼻饲每次200～300ml,每日6次,3个月为1观察周期;对照组56例,培哚普利4mg,每日1次,3个月为1观察周期。结果:治疗组痰培养阳性次数与白细胞增加次数和发热与抗生素使用天数均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鼻饲疗法对吞咽障碍性吸入性肺炎有较好的防治作用。Objective：To study the effect of nasal feeding on aspiration pneumonia caused by dysphagla in senihty.Methods：108 elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia were divided randomly into two groups,with 52 cases in the treatment group and 56 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with nasal feeding 200-300 ml per time,six times a day,and the period of treatment was 3 months;The control group was treated with perindopril 4 mg one time a day for the same time as the treatment group.Results：The frequency of sputum culture positivity and leukocyte increase and the time of fever and using antibiotic in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Nasal feeding has better effect for the treatment of aspiration pneumonia caused by dy phagia.
