摘　　要：由脊髓灰质炎后遗症所造成的患肢短小畸形,使患肢失去负重功能,久之则患侧骨盆及髋臼发育不良,CE角变小,髋臼角增大,若同时伴有臀肌麻痹或兼有髂胫束挛缩,不但可发生髋关节松驰,尚可出现髋屈曲、外展、外旋畸形,使股骨前倾角增大,CE角甚至可成为负角。x光片表现为假性髋外翻。From June 1983 to october 1986, 347 patients with paralytic subluxation of the hip and pseudo-coxa-valga were treated with iliac osteotomy and rotational osteotomy of the femoral trochanter in our hospital. The data obtained through the follow-up survey on 347 cases for 2 to 5 years proved that this operation is a rather ideal way of curing the sequelae. The pathology of the parralytic subluxation of the hip and formation mechanism of the pseudo-coxa-valga are discussed in detail.
