摘　　要：羊毛衫CAD尺寸自动缩放功能可实现以基本型号M号为基本尺寸,对该款式的任意其他号型进行尺寸的自动缩放。文中采用国际惯例提供的十分法比例进行档差计算及缩放部位分配,并详细说明缩放数据库和自动缩放算法的设计过程,计算机根据缩放后的尺寸进行工艺计算。该羊毛衫CAD尺寸自动缩放系统性能优良,能够实现各号型之间正确的尺寸缩放。The automatic size grading function of the CAD of cardigans can take the M size as a basic one, and through automatic enlargement and reduction get other sizes accordingly. This paper uses the international convention provided decimal scale to calculate the size difference and arrange the grading regions and introduces in detail the design process of the grading database and the automatic grading arithmetic. And the computer can calculate the technological parameter according to the graded sizes. The experimental results show that this automatic size grading system bears good performance and can implement the proper grading of all sizes.
