联机合作编目环境下编目工作新模式的探讨

摘　　要：在简要回顾联机合作编目历史和阐述联机合作编目现状的基础上,分析了联机合作编目较之独立分散编目的优势,并对联机合作编目环境下出现的编目工作简单化现象以及资深编目员做套录编目形成的人才浪费问题进行讨论,最后提出在对编目人员进行等级划分和根据编目工作技术含量将工作细化的基础上建立新的工作模式的建议。Based on the general reflection of the history and brief introduction of the present situation of the on - llne cooperative cataloguing, this paper analyzes the advantages of on- line cooperative cataloguing compared to distributed cataloguing and points out the phenomena of cataloging work＇s simplification in on- line cooperative cataloging environment as well as the waste of talent caused by senior while doing copy cataloguing. Finally it proposes a suggestion that a new work mode should be built on the bases of the ranking of the cataloguer and the elaborate division of cataloguing according to the technical content.
