乙型慢性迁延性肝炎患者外周单个核细胞内HBV DNA的存在

摘　　要：近年来的研究结果表明,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)不仅仅侵犯肝细胞,HBV抗原和HBV DNA还存在于肝外组织细胞中,如胰、肾、皮肤、单个核细胞及多个核细胞等。由于单个核细胞在免疫调节中起着重要作用,因此,单个核细胞中HBV DNA的存在状态已引起了人们的极大关注。但是。Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were isolated from 28 patients with chronic persistent hepatitis B (CPH) and 10 normal individuals for detecting HBVDNA. HBVDNA was found in the PBMC from 9 patients but was absent in 10 normal controls. Free form HBVDNA was detected in 5 patients and integrated form was identified in 4 patients. It seems that the presence of free form HBVDNA in PBMC may be correlated with serum HBeAg. The existence of HBVDNA in patients' PBMC may play an important role on the immunopathogenesis of the disease such as causing the process cryptoplasmically and chronically etc. Some respects of its significance were discussed here in detail.
