摘　　要：目的探讨经皮内镜胃造瘘术（PEG）的临床应用价值。方法2006年6-12月对8例患者行PEG胃肠营养。结果8例手术均成功。所有患者造瘘管植入后营养恢复迅速,停止静脉营养。8例患者随访3月无严重并发症。结论PEG是作为肠内营养替代鼻饲的一种新的治疗方法,方法简便,安全易行,患者易于接受,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical value of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy（PEG）. Methods 8 patenets were treated with PEG from Jan. to Dec. 2006. Results All the 8 eases were successful. All patients recovered successfully after PEG. None servere complications were found during 3 months follow-up. Conclusion PEG is a new method for gastrointestinal decompression which can replace nasogastric tube. It is a convenient and safe method, and can be easily accepted by patients and is worth to be generalized.
