摘  要:由十二胺和1-溴代十二烷合成了二正十二胺(DiC12),然后使二正十二胺与丙烯酰氯(AC)均相反应,合成了孪尾型丙烯酰胺N,N-二正十二烷基丙烯酰胺(DiC12AM),并考察了反应时间与配料比对收率的影响。测定了产物的FTIR光谱与1H-NMR谱,对DiC12AM的化学结构进行了确认。采用浊度法测定了DiC12AM在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与表面活性单体2-丙烯酰胺基十二烷磺酸钠(NaAMC12S)胶束溶液中的增溶性能。实验结果表明,DiC12AM的合成比较容易,在低温下采用n(DiC12):n(AC)=1:1.20的摩尔比,反应6h,可高收率(91%)地制得DiC12AM。由于SDS胶束的聚集数较大,故DiC12AM在SDS胶束溶液中的增溶量较高,相比之下,表面活性单体NaAMC12S胶束的聚集数较小,故DiC12AM在NaAMC12S胶束溶液中的增溶量较低。N, N-di-n-dodecylamine (DiC12) was synthsized from n-dodecylamine and 1-bromododecan, and then acrylamide with twin-tailed type, N, N-di-dodecylacylamide (DiC12AM) was synthesized by using acryloyl acid N, N-di-n-dodecylamine as raw materials. The effects of reaction time and feed ratio on the yield of DiC12AM were examined. The chemical structure of the target product was confirmed using FTIR and ^1H-NMR spectra. The solubilization properties of DiC12AM in the micellar solutions of sodium dodecyl- sulfate(SDS) and a surface-active monomer, sodium 2-acrylamido-dodecyl sulfonate (NaAMC12S)were studied with tuebidimetric determination. The results show that it is easy to synthesize DiC12AM, and the yield can get up to 91.5% at 0~5℃, at a feed ratio ofDiC12 : AC = 1: 1.20 (mol : mol) and for 6h. The solubilized amount of DiC12AM in the micellar solution of SDS is much greater than of in the micellar solution of NaAMC12S.
