摘　　要：目的建立止痒醑中苯酚的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定苯酚的含量，以0.1mol/L的盐酸为溶剂，测定波长为269.8nm。结果苯酚在9.6～48.0μg／ml（r=0.9999）范围内吸收度值与其浓度呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为98.16％，变异系数RSD为1.13％（n=6）。结论此方法准确可靠、简便易行、回收率高，适用于该制剂快速检测。Objective To establish content determination phenol in Compound Salicylic Acid Spirit, Methods Using UV dertermination with Hydrochloride as a aolvent and detection at 269.8nm. Results The linearity was obtainedinthe range of phenol was 9.6-48.0μg/ ml （r=0.9999）.The averager covery was 98.00%in three roupsamples. The RSD was 1.13% （n=6）.Conclusion This method is accurate, simDle with high recovery and is suitable for quick measurement in pharmacy.
