摘　　要：目的探讨精神科急出诊接入院的方法。方法对2006年1月～2007年4月218例急出诊接入院的精神病人资料进行回顾性调查分析。结果要做好精神科急出诊，出车前要做好人员安排，车辆、用物准备，还要掌握接触病人的方法和技巧。结论精神科医护人员急出诊接病人，除掌握本专业技能外，还需掌握其他综合技能和注意相关法律知识，防止意外和纠纷的发生。Objective To investigate the urgent psychiatric hospital visiting access method. Method In January 2006 in April 2007, 218 cases of urgent visits to the hospital access information on mental patients were retrospectively analyzed. Result Anxious to do psychiatric visits, before moving off to do staff arrangements, vehicles, materials preparation, but also contact with a patient＇s master techniques and skills. Conclusion Psychiatric visits take urgent medical patients, in addition to master the skills, the need to master other comprehensive skills and attention to the relevant legal knowledge to prevent accidents and disputes occur.
