折弯模具刀口斜面磨削夹具设计

摘　　要：在分析影响某折弯模具产品质量的主要原因基础上,针对折弯模具刀口斜面的磨削关键工序进行了专用磨床夹具设计。该专用夹具对刀方便,工件定位精度高,满足工件加工要求。Based On the analyzing of the principle factors that influence the quality of the knee bend mould , the special grinder fixtures used in grinding inclined plane of knee bend mould are designed in the paper. The special fixtures are convenient to adjust the tool, and the accuracy of positioning work piece is high, thus. the processing requirements are contented.
