透明质酸钠对兔前十字韧带切除所诱导的骨关节炎的作用

摘　　要：为了解透明质酸钠对关节软骨的作用，本实验将透明质酸钠应用于兔前十字韧带切除和股骨内髁关节软骨面损伤所诱导的实验性骨关节炎的模型中。术后每隔1周关节内注射1％透明质酸钠0．1ml，分别于术后3周、6周处死动物。通过大体标本和显微镜下观察透明质酸钠对关节软骨和滑膜组织的作用，并与0．2％地塞米松和0．9％生理盐水的对照组相比较。实验结果提示：透明质酸钠能有效地抑制关节软骨的退变和具有促进关节软骨的修复作用。SOdium Hyaluronate was administered into the knee joint cavity of rabbits for the treatment of experimental osteoarthrosis induced by resection of the anterior cruciate ligament and injure of articular cartilage at the medialcondycle of the femur. The knee joint cavity was injected with 0. 1ml 1 % sodium hyaluronate every week postoperatively. The animals were sacrificed at 3, or 6 weeks postoperatively. The effects of sodium Hyaluronate on articular cartilage and synovial tissue were observed by the light microsapic. These results indicated that sodium hyaluronate can inhibit the degeneration of articular cartilages and promote their repair effects.
