摘　　要：城市地下空间开发建设的长期性、复杂性和不可逆性,要求在对其开展规划和建设前应进行全面的分析论证,尤其是要做好地下空间需求量预测等方面的深入研究。可结合影响城市地下空间需求量的地面容积率、土地利用性质、区位、轨道交通、地下空间现状5个要素建立需求预测模型,并与实际现状进行对比分析,对城市地下空间需求量做出科学合理的预测,以使规划更科学,更具操作性。With regards to its long term development, complexity, and irreversibleness, urban underground space development needs overall and detailed analysis, especially underground space needs, before construction. A prediction model encompassing FAR, land use, location, transportation, and status quo, shall be established to make scientific and reasonable prediction of underground space needs.
