摘　　要：前苏联解体后,政局的动荡和经济形势的急剧恶化给俄罗斯电影事业造成了重创。俄罗斯电影经历了衰退、困惑,而今通过不断探索与改革,又开始慢慢走出低谷,走向平稳,走向发展。尽管依然举步维艰,尽管许多问题仍需解决,但基本上已经步入正轨,并朝着健康有序的方向迈进。可以说,这也正是俄罗斯联邦这一国度发展的一个缩影。Since former Soviet Union disintegrated, turbulent political situation and worsened economic situation has brought the Russian movie industry heavy losses. Russian movies have experienced the period of decline and confusion. At present, through constant exploration and reformation, it starts to go out of the valley and develop steadily. In spite of various difficulties and problems, it has stepped on the fight path, and moved in the healthy orderly direction. It can be said that it is precisely a development miniature of Russian federation.
