摘 要:目的:观察一次性输液器调速器位置对回血的影响,从流体力学角度探讨其理论依据,从而提高临床静脉穿刺成功率。方法:将306例输液患者随机分为2组,实验组采用高位,把输液器的调速器紧夹在茂菲氏滴管下;对照组采用低位,把调速器夹在过滤器的根部,分别进行静脉穿刺,观察回血情况并用秒表记录回血时间。结果:实验组的回血时间明显比对照组短,实验组静脉穿刺时成功率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有显著意义。结论:一次性输液器调速器夹在茂菲氏滴管下进行静脉穿刺时,回血时间短,能有效地提高静脉穿刺成功率。Objective: In order to improve the success rate in clinical venipuncture, we observed the influence of the position of switch of one-off transfusion device, and discussed its theoretical basis from the angle of hydrodynamics. Methods: 306 transfusion patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group carried out with high position, which was to say, the switch of transfusion device was closely clipped under Murphy's Dropper; The contrastive group carried out with low position, which meant the switch was clipped on the root of the filter. These two groups were taken venipuncture. At the same time, we observed blood return instance and recorded its time with stopwatches. Results: The blood return time of experimental group was distinctly shorter than that of contrastive group, and the success rate of experimental group was obviously higher than that of contrastive group. P〈 0.05, so the difference was significant. Conclusion: When we take venipuncture, if we set the switch of one-offtransfusion device under Murphy's Dropper, we can get a short blood return time. Also, we have more chance to succeed in venipuncture.
