摘　　要：虎梅止泻冲剂对家兔离体十二指肠自发活动，小鼠小肠推进运动和大鼠大肠推进运动均呈抑制作用；能明显对抗乙酰胆碱、氯化钡、组胺引起的高体肠肌收缩；对抗大黄的泻下作用；对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌有抗菌作用：还可增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。In order to investigate whether Radix Angelicae Sinensis delays the muscle atrophy or not, we used a model with the second degree of Seddon injury classification for rat' s sciatic nerve and performed Radix Angelicae Sinensis therapy. We measured the weight of extensor digitorum longus muscles and the concentration of both the malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). The results showed that Radix Angelicae Sinensis can delay the muscle atrophy significantly and increased the MDA and SOD in the muscle tissues.Perhaps its application promoted the muscular blood circulation and enhanced their metabolism.
