秘方茶调散抗菌作用的处方优化研究

摘　　要：采用二次回归正交设计筛选出秘方茶调散的以指示成分为投料标准的抗菌优化组方，表明中药复方的作用是整体优势的体现，依赖于各药的最佳相配。The optimum prescription using indicated components of each kind of Chinese materia medica of secret prescription Chatiao Powder with antibiotic action has been selected by secondary regression orthogonal design. The experiment result indicated that the action of compound prescription of Chinese materia medica was showed by the dominance of whole prescription and depended on the best combination of various Chinese materia medicas.
