摘　　要：在考察灯塔市节水灌溉状况的基础上,列举了我国推广节水灌溉过程中存在的问题,分析了节水灌溉对我国社会主义新农村建设的作用,并提出进一步发展节水灌溉的建议:发挥政府的主导作用,建立水权市场;进行水权交易,补取结合;建立激励机制,加大投入力度,拓宽投融资渠道,继续深化农村水利改革。According to the investigation on water-saving irrigation in Dengta Irrigation Area and the current status of water-saving irrigation,the existing problems in promoting water-saving irrigation are summarized,and their effect on the establishment of China's new social countryside is analyzed.Some countermeasures for the development of water-saving irrigation are put forward:exerting government's leading role,setting up water right market,developing water right transaction,establishing excitation mechanism,deepening rural water reform and so on.
