摘　　要：以技术经济学的基本概念为切入点,阐述了国民经济对河口治理的需求,以航运为例分析了河口治理的技术经济意义、河口治理与技术经济的相互关系及对经济社会发展的推动作用。对当前河口治理中的技术经济问题进行了探讨,论证了开展河口治理技术经济分析的重要性。Starting from the fundamental concept of technical economics,the demand of national economy on river estuary regulation is expounded.Taking the navigation as a case study,the significance of the technical economics of river estuary regulation,the co-relation between river estuary regulation and technical economics,and the promotion function of river estuary regulation to economic and social development are analyzed.Relative technical economics problems in river estuary regulation at present are discussed.It is demonstrated that the technical economics analysis is important to the river estuary regulation.
