摘　　要：本文集中研究转型期间中东欧和独联体国家的劳动力流动及其决定因素问题。我们首先提出问题,指出人口、就业和市场需求对于劳动力迁移和流动具有重要作用;接着,我们就转型国家部门和地区之间劳动力流动的具体情况进行分析;最后,建立相关模型,对转型国家劳动力流动的决定因素进行实证检验。我们认为,对于转型国家而言,劳动力的净移入水平与平均工资率正相关,与失业率负相关。This paper focuses on the migration of labor forces in Transition Countries. It investigates the litera- tures and suggests that demographical factors, employment and demand in the labor market are major determi- nants liquidities of labor forces. Finally it gives some empirical evidence on the relationships among the factors of migration, using a linear model. The empirical results show that the net immigration of labor forces is positively correlated with the average wage rate and negatively correlated with unemployment.
