摘 要:针对现有可配置产品功能结构域映射实现方法的局限性,给出了面向配置设计的产品功构模型知识表达。根据模型层次节点功构单元间结构特征,提出了基于半环赋权自动机的单约束线结构产品功构模型功能结构域映射实现方法;按照"析取-合取"策略,运用自动机析取、同效、去冗余性等方法将多约束树型产品功构模型析取为若干相对独立的线结构产品功构模型,按单约束线结构产品功构模型映射方法求解,将所有解运用"合取"方法,实现了多约束树型产品功构模型功构映射。最后,通过在液压机配置设计功能结构映射中的应用,表明了上述方法的有效性。Aiming at limitations of existing methods mapping configurable product from function to structure, the knowledge representation of product function-structure model oriented to configuration design was proposed. With the structure features of the proposed model, the mapping method to the single-constraint product function-structure model was presented based on semi-ring weight finite state automata. Then, according to the Disjunction-Conjunction strategy, the multi-constraint product function-structure model was extracted to several relatively independent single-constraint models by methods of automata disjunction, equivalency & off-redundancy. Using conjunction of solutions which to all sub-models were obtained respectively by the above method, the mapping method to multiconstraint product function-structure model was given. Finally, a typical instance of configuration design of hydraulic machine was given to prove validity & prospect of the above-mentioned method.
