三七总皂苷对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨三七总皂苷对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:选用40只W ister大鼠,随机分为假手术组、心肌缺血组、缺血再灌注组和治疗组。建立心肌缺血再灌注模型,测量血流动力学指标,血清中SOD、MDA及肿瘤坏死因子含量。结果:各组血清MDA及肿瘤坏死因子含量与假手术组相比均增高,治疗组显著低于缺血再灌注组。治疗组血清中SOD含量高于缺血再灌注组。结论:三七总皂苷能够减轻大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤,其机制可能与减少氧化损伤和降低炎症因子释放有关。Objective To study the protection effect of sanchi total saponins on myocardial ischemia reperfusion in big rat.Method 40 Wister big rats were divided into false surgical operation group,myocardial ischemia group,ischemia reperfusion group and treatment group randomly.Myocardial ischemia reperfusion model was build up,and blood dynamics index sign,serum level of SOD,MDA and tumor necrosis factor（TNF） were measured.Results Serum levels of MDA and TNF in other groups were higher than that in false surgical operation group,and in treatment group was lower than ischemia reperfusion group.Serum level of SOD in treatment group was higher than that of ischemia reperfusion group.Conclusion Sanchi total saponins can relieve damage of myocardial ischemia reperfusion in big rat,and with the mechanisms of reducing oxidization damage and lowering release of inflammatory factors.
