术尔康口服液药效学与毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：为观察术尔康口服液愈伤作用，取大鼠作术后伤口的愈合观察，结果表明该口服液能够呈剂量依赖性的增加手术切口愈合后的抗拉力作用；急性毒性实验结果显示：对小鼠灌胃给药测不出ＬＤ５０，而腹腔注射测得ＬＤ５０±Ｌ９５＝２４．１８±２．１４ｍｇ／ｋｇ，并具有刺激性；而长期毒性实验结果显示术尔康口服液大剂量组虽然可以出现血红蛋白、红血球压积、红细胞平均体积增加，少数大鼠出现蛋白尿，并有可逆性的心肌细胞轻度脂肪变性和肾细胞浊肿，但在治疗剂量下无任何变化。By making observation of Shuerkang Oral Liquid on its effect of the postoperative healing of wounds in rats,we obtained the result that Shuerkang Oral Liquid could be used to increase the effect of anti pulling force on ratspostoperative healing with a dependence of dosage.The experimental result of acute toxicity showed that LD50 failed to be determined when the rats were given gastric perfusion,but LD50±L95=24.18±2.14mg/kg could be determined by giving rats intraperitoneal injection,showing irritation.A long course of experimental test of toxicity indicated that the group of rats administered with a high dose of Shuerkang Oral Liquid might present an increase in hemoglobin,packed erythrocyte volume,average volume of erythrocytes,while in a few rats there appeared proteinuria,slight fatty degeneration of reversible cardiac muscle cells,and cloudy swelling of renal cells;however,there was no any change when therapeutic dose was administered.
