摘  要:为阐明烟草黑胫病菌抗甲霜灵的生理机制,研究了不同浓度甲霜灵处理540min内敏感、低抗和高抗菌株相对渗率的变化情况,结果表明:甲霜灵能损害烟草黑胫病菌的细胞膜,使膜透性不断增大;其对敏感菌株ZC002和低抗菌株10M-006细胞膜透性的影响速度和程度比较接近,都随处理浓度(0.1~100.0μg/mL)的提高而不断增加;对高抗菌株10M-004细胞膜透性的影响速度最慢,程度最低,且随处理浓度(50.0~100.0μg/mL)的提高而增加。高抗菌株适应甲霜灵的能力明显强于敏感菌株和低抗菌株,该适应能力随甲霜灵浓度的提高而减弱。In order to clarify the physiological mechanism of the resistance to metalaxyl of Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae, the changes of the relative leakage of sensitive, lower-resistant and higherresistant strains treated with metalaxyl at different concentrations within 540 minutes were studied. The results showed that metalaxyl might damage the membrane of P. nicotianae var. nicotianae, whose permeability increased after metalaxyl treatment; the speed and degree of metalaxyl effect on the membrane permeability of the sensitive strain, ZC002 were similar to those of the lower-resistant strain, 10M-006, which increased when metalxyl concentration (0.1 -100.0 μg/mL) increased; those of the higher-resistant strain, 10M-004 were lowest, which increased when metalxyl concentration (50.0 100.0 μg/mL) increased. 10M-004 had stronger ability to adapt to metalaxyl than ZC002 and 10M-006 had, which decreased when metalaxyl concentration increased.
