摘　　要：目的：探讨糖尿病并发糖尿病足的防治与护理。方法：对2006年3月-2006年12月共收治26例糖尿病足的住院患者进行了分析与总结。结果：26例中有21例皮肤溃疡者基本痊愈,5例干性坏疽者有不同程度的好转。结论：加强糖尿病知识的宣教及足部正确护理,对预防糖尿病足的发生有着非常重要的意义。Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of diabetic foot which is one of diabetic complications. Method Twenty - two in - hospital patients with diabetic foot were analyzed and summarized. Results Seventeen patients with dermal ulcer recovered and 5 with mummification necrosis improved at some extents. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen the education of diabetie knowledge and correct nursing of foot for the prevention of diabetic foot.
