摘　　要：大学生科研团队具有自身的优势和特点,是培养大学生创新能力和实践能力的有效载体。组建大学生科研团队,建立大学生参与科研的机制是高校培养创新人才的重要任务之一。The scientific researching team of college students, which is the effective carrying body for the development of the creative ability and practice ability of college students, has its advantages and features. It is an important task for the colleges to develop talents with creative ability by establishing the college scientific researching team and building the system for the college students to take part in scientific research.
