北京市《既有居住建筑节能改造技术规程》解析

摘　　要：北京市建筑工程研究院根据北京市建委、技术监督局的要求编制了《既有居住建筑节能改造技术规程》。《规程》按照建设部有关既有建筑节能改造所确定的指导原则,结合北京市的现状和相关的设计、验收标准规范了建筑节能技术,目标是改造后的居住建筑应满足北京地区建筑节能65%的要求。《规程》的主要内容为:节能改造工程的查勘、判定原则;设计要点;墙体、门窗、屋面及楼地面改造施工要点;采暖供热系统改造一般规定;验收规定。Beijing Institute of Construction Engineering Research has worked out the Technical Regulation for the Energy-Saving Reconstruction of Existing Residential Buildings according to the requirements of Beijing Municipal Construction Committee and Beijing Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision. The regulation has set criterions for the building energy-saving technology according to the guideline of the Ministry of Construction for the energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings, taking into account the present situation of Beijing region and relevant norms for design and acceptance, so that the reconstructed residential buildings can meet the requirement of saving energy by 65% set for Beijing region. The main contents of the regulation include the principles for the investigation and judgment of energy-saving reconstruction project, design outline, reconstruction outline of wall, door, window, roof and floor, general specification for the reconstruction of heat supply system and acceptance specification.
