长春市工业经济增长与所有制结构关系分析

摘　　要：利用长春市工业经济产值及其中各种所有制所占比例的数据,采用由生产函数推导而来的经济成分与经济总量增长的关系模型,以及HP滤波和Granger影响关系,来描述和分析了长春市工业经济增长与所有制结构的关系。发现长春市工业经济中非公有制相对于公有制比例很小,但对经济增长已经产生了影响,同时也受到经济总量的约束和限制作用。从而提出进一步加大所有制结构调整力度,并注重非公有制的经济增长实效等建议。With both the industry economic production in Changchun and proportion of the every kinds of ownership in it, we analysis and describe the relationship between the industry economic growth and ownership structure, by applying the HP filter, Granger and a model which is deduced from the production function to show the relationship between economic element and economic gross growth. The results illustrate that the number of the Non-public-owned is less than that of Public-owned, but the formal has some contributions to the economic growth while being restricted and limited by the economic gross. It is necessary to take more reforms in the ownership-structure and pay more attentio n to the Non-public-owned economy.
