摘  要:采用模板法制备了微孔羟基磷灰石,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构进行了表征。同时,制备了聚乙烯醇/微孔羟基磷灰石复合水凝胶和聚乙烯醇/纳米羟基磷灰石复合水凝胶。测试了聚乙烯醇/羟基磷灰石复合水凝胶的含水率和力学性能。实验表明,合成的羟基磷灰石具有微孔结构,复合水凝胶含水率可达到60%以上,羟基磷灰石的加入使复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率都得到了较大提高,可用于人造软骨,是一种很有开发前景的生物医用材料。The structure of tiny hole hydroxyl apatite, prepared by template method, is described with X ray diffraction (XRD), scan electronic microscope (SEM) and transmission electronic microscope (TEM). Polyethylene alcohol/tiny hole hydroxyl apatite compound water gel and polyethylene alcohol /nm hydroxyl apatite compound water gel are synthesized at same time. Both the mechanical properties and rate of water in polyethylene alcohol/ hydroxyl apatite compound water gel are tested out. The results show that the hydroxyl apatite has tiny hole structure, while the water rate in compound water gel can come over 60%. When being added with hydroxyl apatite, the strength and rupture length rate of the compound improve a lot. As a prospective biology material, the compound can be used as artificial cartilage.
