摘　　要：目的了解农村和城镇预防艾滋病宣传教育工作的现状及大学生在社会实践后对预防艾滋病宣传教育活动的认识,为相关部门提供决策依据。方法对参加农村和城镇居民预防艾滋病宣传教育工作的1180名大学生进行问卷调查。结果有37.4%的居民对预防艾滋病基本知识有一定了解;62.6%的居民不太了解;42.25%的居民对艾滋病的严重危害性缺乏认识;46.35%的居民缺乏自我保护意识。结论农村和城镇居民预防艾滋病宣传教育方式单一,居民对预防艾滋病知识的了解认识与此项工作的预期目标有一定差距。应充分利用多种教育形式,并发挥在校大学生人力资源优势,提高农村与城镇居民对防范艾滋病重要意义的认识。Objective To investigate educational propaganda on preventing AIDS in the town and country and college students realization of it after social practice, and to provide bases for pertinent departments. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 180 college students, who took part in the educational propaganda of AIDS prevention to the inhabitants in the town and country. Results There were 37.4% inhabitants having some knowledge about AIDS prevention, 62.6% knowing little about that. And 42.25 % and 46.35 % of them were lack of cogeition on hazard of AIDS and self-protection. Conclusion The pattern of education is simplex in the town and country. There is discrepancy between the investigated results and the desired objectives. Varied educational forms and manpower resources should be brought into full play.
