摘  要:通过解剖和组织切片观察仿刺参Apostichopus japonicus消化道再生的外部形态和组织学变化过程。再生过程可分为4个阶段:原基形成阶段,食道和胃伸长,出现去分化现象,肠系膜游离端边缘增厚;肠腔形成阶段,食道和胃仍处于去分化状态,胃和泄殖腔两端沿增厚的肠系膜相向形成肠腔,组织分为肠腔上皮层、结缔组织层和体腔上皮层;分化阶段,消化道逐渐具备功能,食道和胃的组织结构开始重建,消化道黏膜上皮由多层立方细胞逐渐分化为单层柱状细胞,肌肉层逐渐形成;生长阶段,组织结构恢复正常,变化仅表现在生长上。The anatomical and histological observation revealed that the regeneration of alimentary tract in sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus Selenka) was divided into four stages: rudiment forming, intestine lumen forming, differentiation and growth stages. In rudiment forming stage, the wound was healed and the free edges of the mesenteries became thickened which was attributed to a hypertrophic connective tissue containing many cells. Cells in esophagus and stomach were dedifferentiated. In intestine lumen forming stage, the lumen was formed by two blind tubular outgrows along the thickening, one originated from the stomach and the other from the cloaca. The regenerative intestine now consisted of lining epithelium, connective tissue layer and coelomic lining, without muscular layer. In differentiation stage, the alimentary tract appeared to be functional. The histological structure of esophagus and stomach was reconstructed, and the regenerative intestine began to differentiate. In the lining epithelium, several layers of cubic cells were differentiated into a single layer of columnar cells. The connective tissue layer was very thin and the muscular layer was gradually formed. In growth stage, the structure and function of the alimentary tract functioned normally, without marked changes except for a general increase in size.
