儿科患者输血和手术前相关传染病指标检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨对儿科患者输血和手术前进行相关传染病指标检测的临床意义。方法对某院儿科4700例输血和手术前患儿进行乙型肝炎表面抗原、丙型肝炎抗体、艾滋病抗体(HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV)和梅毒抗体(TRUST)检测,并检测阳性患儿母亲的相应传染病指标。结果4700例患儿上述指标检出阳性96例(2.04%),其中HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV、TRUST阳性率分别为1.32%、0.45%、0.09%、0.19%;上述阳性患儿母亲的血液中相应血清学标志物阳性率分别为48.39%、71.43%、75.00%、100.00%。结论儿科患者输血和手术前相关传染病指标的检测,对于患儿传染病的早期诊治、避免和预防医院感染、医务人员职业感染以及防止医疗纠纷都具有重要意义,同时亦提醒有关部门和广大育龄期妇女警惕并预防母婴传播性疾病的发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the related contagious disease indexes in paediatric patients before blood transfusion and operation. Methods Serum HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV and syphilis anti- body（TRUST） were detected in 4 700 pre-transfusion and pre-operation paediatric patients in a hospital. The corresponding contagious disease indexes were detected in the mothers whose children were positive. Results In all cases, there were 96（2. 04%） positive patients. The positive rate of HBsAg, anti-HCV, antbHIV and TRUST was 1.32%, 0. 45%, 0. 09%, 0. 19% respectively in pre-transfusion and pre-operation paediatric patients; 48.39%, 71. 43% ,75.00%, 100. 00% respectively in the 96 mothers whose children were positive. Conclusion The detection of the related contagious disease indexes in paediatric patients before blood transfusion and operation is very significant for the early diagnosis and therapy of the commnunicable diseases, preventing and avoiding nosocomial infection, medical workers＇ occupational exposure and medical dispute. It can remind the related departments and generational age women of alerting and preventing the occurrence of the maternal-infantile transmission diseases.
