徐州市疟疾流行特点及防治效果分析

摘　　要：收集1997～2005年徐州市疟疾发病情况、控制措施及防治效果等资料，分析疟疾流行特点、评价防治效果。结果显示，徐州市疟疾发病率略有升高，且受流动人口影响；疟疾发病集中在6～10月份，发病年龄集中在40～岁、50～岁组。由于采取各种措施疟疾发病率在1997～2003年较稳定，2004年、2005年略有上升。表明目前采取的措施可行而有效。The data about malaria incidence, its control measures and effect were collected, analyzed and evaluated in Xuzhou City from 1997 to 2005. Results The incidence of malaria increased a little which was influenced by the floating population. The incidence was concentrated from June to October and in the 40 49 year age group and 50 59 year age group. As a result of the control measures, the incidence of malaria was steady from 1997 to 2003, but increased a little from 2004 to 2025. Conclusion In general, the malaria control measures at present is effective.
