摘  要:目的:研究超临界CO2萃取丁香油的工艺。方法:探讨了萃取釜压力并采用单因素法研究了分离釜Ⅰ压力对萃取效果的影响,确定了超临界CO2萃取丁香油的较优条件。并将丁香油的超临界CO2萃取法与传统的水蒸气蒸馏法进行比较,用GC-MS法对丁香油进行分离鉴定。结果:萃取釜压力范围为25-30MPa,较优的分离釜Ⅰ压力为14MPa左右,分离釜Ⅱ压力为5MPa,温度55℃左右。超临界CO2法收率为15%,水蒸气蒸馏法收率为4%,GC-MS分别鉴定出11种和8种化学物质,主要由丁香酚、乙酸丁香酯和β-石竹烯组成。结论:超临界CO萃取法用于提取丁香油具有时间短、收率高等优点,比传统的水蒸气蒸馏法更优越。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the feasibility of extracting clove oil by SFE-CO2. METHODS: The optimum extraction conditions were determined. The separating pot 1 conditions were firstly discussed. The quality evaluation was conducted. The chemical constituents of extracts of SFE-CO2 method and steam distillation method were compared and analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS: The yield of SFE-CO2 method was 15% and the yield of distillation was 4%. The contents of clove oil by supercritical CO2 and distilled extraction were determined by GC-MS analysis, 11 and 8 kinds of compounds were identified selectively. CONCLUSION: The SFE-CO2 fluid extraction has higher efficiencies, which is supreme to traditional extraction.
