丙氨瑞林对大鼠、兔异位内膜的抑制作用

摘　　要：采用异位内膜模型大鼠和兔，以那法瑞林、达那唑、双侧卵巢切除（ＯＶＸ）作为阳性对照，观察了丙氨瑞林（１）对异位内膜的抑制作用。结果表明皮下或肌肉注射１１０～１００μｇ／ｋｇ有明显抑制作用，且具一定的剂量相关性。该作用较达那唑强，可达ＯＶＸ水平。但较那法瑞林为弱。这一作用是１的药物性去势作用的结果。The inhibitory effect of (D Ala 6,Pro 9 NHEt) LHRH(1) on growth of endometrial explant was studied in rat and rabbit model of endometriosis,as compared with nafarelin,danazol and ovariectomy.Chronic administration of 1 could produce dose dependent inhibitory effect on the growth of endometrial explant in rats and rabbits.This inhibitory effect was less potent than that of nafarelin,but more potent than that of danazol.When large doses of 1 were given hypodermally for 3 weeks,its inhibitory effect might be equal to that of ovariectomy.This inhibitory effect was associated with the reduction of serum estradiol concentration resulting from its paradoxical effect on the hypothalamus pituitary ovarian axis.
