小花雪胆皂甙类成分的研究

摘　　要：从小花雪胆Hemsleyagracilflora的果实中分得5个皂甙成分和1个皂甙元，经理化性质和光谱分析分别鉴定为竹节参甙IVa、竹节参甙Ⅴ、雪胆皂甙Ma1、雪胆皂甙Ma3、齐墩果酸－28－O－β－D－葡萄糖酯甙和齐墩果酸，这些化合物均系首次从该植物的果实中分得。From the fruit of Hemsleya graciliflora (Harms)Cogn.,five saponins and one sapogenin have been isolated and indentified as chikusetsusaponin- Ⅳ a (Ⅰ),chikusetsusaponin-Ⅴ(Ⅱ),hemsloside-Ma, (Ⅲ),hemsloside-Ma3 (Ⅳ), β-glucosyl oleanolate (Ⅴ)and oleanolic acid (Ⅵ)on the basis of physical and chemical properties as well as spectral data. All of them were obtained from the fruit of H. graciliflora for the first time.
