摘　　要：预诊断是实现基于状态的设备维护系统的关键。在分析了预诊断的需求、技术背景、内涵以及实现理念的基础上,从流程统一、连贯的角度设计了其应用系统的参考模式与运行机制。并对预诊断系统的数据来源、数据预处理、预诊断方法的实现机制,以及预诊断结论的应用层次等关键问题进行了深入阐述。Prognostics is the key technology for the implement of Condition-based Maintenance systems. After the analysis of the requirement, technology background, meaning and implement philosophy of the prognostics, a standard and coherent reference prognostic system mode and its mechanism is proposed. Finally some key problems such as data resource and pretreatment, processing and important points of prognostic analysis methods and the application hierarchy of the information are discussed.
