摘　　要：在自主开发GIS系统工作中,最主要的内容就是如何实现和管理地理图层。本文介绍了如何在VC++下实现地理信息图层及其应用,揭示了自主开发GIS系统的基本方法。同时也给出了在地理信息系统中如何实现图像动画、投影变换等功能的方法。The core work on independently developing the geographic information system （GIS） is how to carry out and manage the geographic image layer. This paper describes how to utilize the VC＋＋ to realize the work and its applications. Also, the basic method related to independently develop GIS is introduced. Moreover, the method that establishes the functions such as image animation and projection transformation in GIS is presented in this paper.
