摘　　要：论述知识管理导入人际情报网络中的思路与支撑方法,结合竞争情报的需要,提出基于知识管理的人际情报网络构建的原则、方法、结构和流程。并重点阐述人际情报网络构建流程中的模型确定、知识组织与知识获取。The paper discusses the idea and technique of knowledge management to human intelligence network. With the demand of competitive intelligence, The author brings forward principles, methods, structure, process of human intelligence network construction based on KM . And then the author expounds model establishment, knowledge organization, knowledge acquirement of building human intelligence network.
