摘　　要：针对易腐商品在单一周期内,以供应链利润最大化为目标,构建了缺货造成的顾客转移时的供应链模型,以及数量折扣下的零售商单边模型。在此基础上考虑了双方协议的延迟付款策略,确定了最佳延迟付款期。通过实际算例,说明了模型的有效性。The thesis is focused on the deteriorating items. The extension is： the demand of the customers is decreased with the time; in one single cycle, how to control the inventory of deteriorating items under the supply chain environment to make the biggest profit of the supply chain. Out of stock, quantity discount, and delayed-payment are considered.
