摘　　要：成功构建了pIRES-G1500基因的重组核酸疫苗质粒,用核酸疫苗免疫BALB/c小鼠,测定注射质粒的小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫指标相关参数的变化,评价核酸疫苗在体内表达效果。pIRES-G1500,the recombinant plasmids of nucleic acid vaccine against vesicular stomastitis,was constructed by cloning G1500 genes into eukaryotic expression vector pIRESneo.Then BALb/c mices were immunized with the nucleic cid vaccine plasmids.The responses of specific cellular immunity and humoral immunity were evaluated by immunological methods.The results indicated the mice immunized with the nucleic acid vaccine could transfer immunity against vesicular stomastitis.
