白毛藤多糖对正常小鼠部分细胞因子mRNA表达的调节

摘　　要：目的:探讨白毛藤多糖对小鼠脾脏细胞因子IL-2、IL-12、TNF-α mRNA表达水平的影响。方法:将BALB/c小鼠随机分成4组:白毛藤多糖高(H组)、中(M组)、低(L组)3个剂量组和生理盐水对照组(C组),连续ip 7 d后,用RT-PCR的方法检测脾脏IL-2、IL-12、TNF-α mRNA表达水平。结果:白毛藤多糖M组、H组可明显促进小鼠脾细胞中细胞因子IL-2、IL-12的mRNA表达,IL-2与C组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05),且IL-12呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。白毛藤多糖L组、M组2个剂量组能增加TNF-α的mRNA表达,与C组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:白毛藤多糖能有效提高IL-2、IL-12、TNF-α mRNA三种细胞因子的表达。To investigate the effect of Solanum lyratum Thunb.polysaccharides on mRNA expression of some cytokines in mice.Methods： BALB/c mice were divided into four groups： group of control that were injected with normal saline（C）;groups that were intraperitoneally injected with high（H）,moderate（M） and low（L） dosage of Solanum lyratum Thunb.polysaccharides for 7 days.The mRNA expression of IL-2,IL-12 and TNFα were examined by RT-PCR on 8th.Results： RT-PCR analyses showed that mRNA expressions of IL-2 and IL-2 in splenocytes were promoted （compared with the control,P〈0.05 and P〈0.01,respectively） in both the M and the H group. mRNA expression of TNF-a in both the L group and the M group were extremely promoted （compared with the control,P〈0.01）. Conclusions：solanum lyratum thundb.polysaccharides can enhance the mRNA expression of IL-2 and TNF-a in mice.
