摘 要:用线性扫描极谱法研究琥乙红霉素的电化学行为,在0.1 mol.L-1KH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲溶液中(pH7.46),琥乙红霉素于-1.6 V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的氢催化波,其峰电流与琥乙红霉素浓度在10-800 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9959,检出限为7.5 mg.L-1。对100 mg.L-1琥乙红霉素溶液进行6次平行试验,RSD为0.53%。回收率在98.2%-100.9%之间。该法可用于测定片剂中琥乙红霉素的含量。The Electrochemical behavior of Erythromy cin Ethylsuccinate had been studied in linear scaning polaro- graphic method. In an phosphate buffer of PH 7.46, a sensitive catalytic hydrogen wave of Erythromycin Ethylsuccihate appeared at -1.64V (vs. SCE). The linear relationship between the peak current and the Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate concentration in the range of 10 mg-800 mg· L^-1 ( r = 0.9959, n = 8 ) were observed. Thedetection limit of the method was 7.5 mg · L^-1, RSD found from the data of 6 independent determinations at the of 98% -100.9%. this method had been applied to the analysis of Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate in tablets.
