摘 要:目的:构建正常人体髋关节的三维有限元模型,作为该部位进一步有限元分析的基础。方法:采用活体髋关节为标本,应用CT扫描技术及图形数字化方法获取髋关节的三维坐标,输入有限元分析软件,并通过确定材料特性参数和网格化,建立髋关节的三维有限元模型。结果:所构建髋关节三维有限元模型客观反映髋关节真实解剖形态及其生物力学行为,还原性良好,可以满足有限元分析的需要。结论:采用CT扫描资料建立的三维有限元模型切实可靠,实体建模法将有限元模型的几何特征和边界条件的定义与有限元网格的生成分开进行,减少了模型生成的困难。所构建的髋关节三维有限元模型,可以为髋关节力学行为以及骨折内固定、髋关节成型术的力学基础研究提供精确模型。Objective:To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of normal human hip as a foundation of finite element analysis in this area. Methods:Normal hip joint in vivo was used as specimen. CT scan was used to obtain configuration, three-dimensional coordinate of the hip joint was obtained using autoCAD software. With the software of finite element analysis determining property parameter of material and meshing, a three-dimensional finite element model of the hip joint was set up. Results:The constructed three-dimensional finite element model of normal human hip joint objec-tively reflected the real hip joint's anatomy and biomechanical behavior and could satisfy the need of finite element analysis. Conclusion:It was reliable to build three-dimensional finite element model with CT scan data and to simulate real and complicated geometry figure accurately. By the method of building the three-dimensional finite element model depends on entity, define border condition, determine the geometry character of finite element model, and meshes the model, respectively. The difficulty of building the finite element model can be reduced. The consruction of three-dimensional finite element model of normal human hip joint provides basic data for research on mechanical behavior of hip joint, internal fixation after fracture and hip arthroplasty.
